Cheryl is a corporate executive with decades of construction experience in the building, renovation, and relocation of ambulatory surgery centers throughout the United States. After a successful career in corporate America, she has opened a consulting firm to support executives in the planning and development of their ambulatory surgery centers.
Cheryl has a B. S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. As an executive in construction, design, and healthcare management companies, she has successfully executed both traditional and design-build projects. Cheryl led construction teams and departments over her career, resulting in the project completion and facility management of hundreds of surgery centers. She held key roles and was an officer in the Construction Specifications Institute for decades and currently serves on the Health Guidelines Revision Committee and associated committees for the FGI Facility Code for Outpatient Settings. Cheryl is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator.
